Cannot connect to store login error

Trying to play on Xbox One but the game will not load. It gives the following error message every time it tries to load the game application: "Cannot connect to store. Cannot retrieve the list of available content. Please try again later." I have tried restarting the application numerous times, including restarting my Xbox One and I am still receiving the same error message. No other games or applications on the Xbox are being affected and the Xbox game store works just fine.

Are you still having this issue? Is it constant?
Edited to add, checking on Xbox Support Twitter, there seemed to be quite a few issues reported on the 16th January - which are apparently resolved now.
