Packet loss/lag issue as Killer

Sometimes when I play Killer I get accused of lagswitching/hacking and I always shrugged them off because on my end I just played normally. I see the Survivors run around, interact with things without issue but they can't see my updated position or me attacking them (despite on my end I'm right behind them, attacking normally)

I found out about this after I played against streaming survivors and viewed their POV after, I could see myself run straight in a random direction before appearing behind the survivors and injuring them. Link to an example: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/368948932?t=23m20s

Any idea what could be causing this or how I could remedy it? I have no noticeable issues in any other games and as a survivor I never have had noticeable packet loss, so I assume it has to do with upload. I ran a windows command prompt overnight, pinging the google server 8.8.8.8 hundreds of times and had virtually no packet loss there.

It's quite probably your connection to the survivors - as you are the killer, hence the host of the match if you are connected to survivors who are in a more distant location to you, then obviously the ping is going to be higher. Also if you are using a wireless connection, these are never the most stable and the ping will fluctuate more.

Pings were fine both in lobby and during game, I was using MLGA to monitor them and saw no fluctuations whatsoever. The connection is also not wireless at any point and I've rechecked all cables. Considering how the Survivors seem to be able to vault and otherwise interact with things during these spikes makes me think it's just odd packet loss, but I have no idea how to go about trying to fix this.

What are your internet speeds? I use speedtest.net and they seem to be quite accurate

100/10 down/up, that shouldn't be an issue either
