Stuck/rubberbanding in basement (PC)

in PC

for the 3rd time today, whenever i enter the basement, i get stuck in it. Here is the video link for reference:

    Same. This keeps happening, even after reinstalling the game/verifying file integrity.

    It ruined 2 games tonight and ultimately my only SWF day in ever >:((

    They reported seeing me as "bouncing up and down," so I think it's a strange desync concerning map elevation.

    This is listed as a known issue in the patch notes - you do not need to reinstall the game etc.

    i found a solution, i got rid of the unlock fps (vsync off) code that i originally edited at the engine.ini settings and gameusersettings from one of the steam guides to unlock FPS

    tested it right after and now i can freely roam the basement without any worries
