We are aware of an issue where the Trapper's Ornate Mask is not appearing in your items - there is no need to contact Support for this matter, we will hopefully have a resolution to this shortly.

Some players have been facing an issue that causes partial loss of progress. We found one cause of the issue and are planning a fix for the mid-chapter update. In the meantime you can use this workaround: restart the game client after using the Custom game feature. Thank you.
We have updated our Forum Rules. Please take a moment to read through them: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/87004/

Are the rules posted on r/deadbydaylight the same as the current rules posted here?

For example "Please note, that after 3 permanent bans you will be Hardware Banned. If you wish to appeal your permanent ban, please contact support team at [email protected]" Is posted on the rules list in r/deadbydaylight but is not posted in this forums rule section.

And other small details like a list of the current mods that are in the mod roster. I'm also aware that rule post was made a year ago, but details like that for example posted above are not currently on this rules list. So has certain things like that been changed or what?

Those rules on the reddit sound a little bit outdated - for example, that email address hasn't been used for quite some time, all ban appeals are directed to DBD Customer Support, via https://support.deadbydaylight.com

@MandyTalk If that's the case I have another question on top of that. Is the example posted above still relevant to the current rules now? Cause if not do Perma and or regular bans span across all accounts now associated with the hardware and or IP?

If so that seems like a pretty thin line to not cross if you somehow intentionally or unintentionally get banned.
