The February Developer Update is out now! Read up on all the changes coming to Dead by Daylight here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/130537/
We are aware and looking into the issue which caused players to have their rank reset further than intended. If your rank was not reset at all this month, this is a visual bug and closing and re-opening the game should fix it.

Improving Moris

Moris are a good mechanic of the game in theory. However, execution wise they are poorly done.

Ebony moris are OP and are basically a free win for the killer. Ivory moris are mostly used to tunnel a survivor, ruining their experience, and make the game a 3v1 ASAP. And Cypress moris are basically worthless.

Victories using Ebony and Ivory moris feel cheap, and the moris typically ruin matches when used.

How to fix them:

Ebony Mori -- Grants the ability to kill one Survivor by your hand during the next trial, after hooking survivors four times

Ivory Mori -- Grants the ability to kill one Survivor by your hand during the next trial, after hooking survivors six times

Cypress Mori -- Grants the ability to kill one Survivor by your hand during the next trial, after hooking survivors eight times

I think this change would make the use of moris fairer and thus make the matches when they are used much more fun. What do you guys think?

I just want Bubba to actually split the survivor in half 😓

Don't mess with my moris little survivor. Have better wishes, like T0xic Tyler here.

I'll make you a deal, if we nerf mori's we nerf keys (Honestly I'd rather remove mori's and keys and just let cypress's still be a thing but that will never happen sooo)
