Now that Collapse is a thing, rework Hope.

Honestly, the only "hope" for this perk, and use is if the killer is camping to secure 1 kill, and to try to take a hit, ending with a loop. With the clock, you will not be focused on getting your teammates 24/7, since collapse promotes a selfish playstyle because of the timer. My point is that, 5/6/7% should be reworked into an on-going game mechanic, not an end-game one, since collapse has collapsed on it totally.

Hope still does an amazing job though? Its an end-game perk by design.
You're really underestimating how much 7% increased movement speed is.
I don't really get it. The collapse doesn't make the Hope useless anyhow. Hope activates after the last generator is repaired. It grants you a 7% MS bonus for 2 minutes. What's wrong then? It still can help you a lot in the end game, as 7% is a lot
It's still a whole perk slot for a perk that's only going to be relevant for 1 or 2 minutes tops. end game perks need an entire re-work due to EGC making them redundant. Except Noed of cause that's still as OP as it ever was so the devs won't touch it with a 10 foot pole for fear of acid infused radioactive killer tears.
I use hope and i think its fine i dont really think it needs a buff or a nerf its fine where it is

Remember Me, Blood Warden, etc.
Blood Warden useless in EGC? Oh boy. If timed correctly, it will outlast the remainder of the EGC timer, killing all remaining Survivors.
I totally understand, and as a survivor, I enjoy using the 7%, and it can be the difference between life and death, but with EGC, I don't really see it coming to much effect other than running as fast as possible to get out. Of course, 2 minutes of 5/6/7% speed is really significant in itself.
I though it trigger when the exit gates are powered?
If your in a chase with a 115% killer woth rank 3 Hope active, that chase is essentially doubled in time.
With 110%, the killer has little chance to catch up.
Hope is far from useless
