Day 5 for most of us. The last mod who messaged us was a few days ago? We all getting the same ticket if we submit it. Glad this is such a big issue for them. At this point idk if I’ll ever spend money on the game again unless they fix this issue soon or REASSURE US THAT SOMEONE KNOWS WE ARE DEALING WITH THIS....
Exactly, I have Meg Feng Nea Kate and Claudette all P3 50 all perks, All other survivors and killers at 50, I have bought cells and all add-ons so resetting my progress would lead me to give the game up imo. I think we just need more confirmation that things are being worked on to sort this issue out.
I've just given up. Must of spent about a hundred on the dlcs and coins.
If they say their working on a fix they should state that on my open ticket.

I'm just as upset too as its been nearly a week and nothing has been done about fixing this error code that keeps us from playing. I was hoping to buy the next Dlc for the killer but it seems that the moderators are not giving us any sort of progress. I say we just abandon the game and put "OUR" money towards something else.
I have had an email saying they are working on a fix and apparently my issue has been 'solved'. Like hell it has. How can it be solved when the same thing is still occurring. Get it fixed bE. I've just bought the game.
Just sent the following email/ticket. How on earth they can say the issue has been solved just shows how seriously they are taking it.

No issues when his game was only available to buy.Now with it on gamepass a load of errors.
Thing is people have already invested money and alot of time into this game to just abandon it, If I hadn't then I wouldn't think twice
Going to check later tonight after they update the shrine. It happened with last weeks shrine, so maybe the fix can be in this weeks. (don't believe it's going to happen). trying to be hopeful

I submitted one Sunday, to no avail. And one today.
Forget that, that means you'll lose your account level, your shards and your shrine perks but you'll get your BP back only. I want this to be fixed normally. @MandyTalk Do all of us have to go through support now? Or Is there still a fix being made?
I just got a reply for the other ticket I submitted and they said about deleting my data to fix the error. I will be mad if this happens I've put time and money into DBD I hope they find a fix that doesn't do this
So we will lose skins I bought from buying cells too?
