So after every match I play, this message comes up and basically resets my game. Stops me from seeing chat (possibly a good thing lol), stops me from seeing the post game analysis, and might even stop me from pipping. (Rank 19 because rank reset and also this now.) Devs pls fix?

Actually ######### yeah, I'm stuck at rank 19 with one pip right now haha. It really is stopping me from pipping at all.
I have a problem with the saving of rank progress already 3 months. But before this error was hidden. It's more annoying now.
Fix it plz. It becomes uninteresting to play :(

My name is Player pip error too.
I got this error as well a few days ago. I DCd out of a match and the message popped up. I do not have any problems pipping now so it seemed to be a one time error for me. Is this a known bug @Peanits?
A one-time thing is a different issue, but still should ideally not happen. Basically this error pops up when the game is unable to update your pips. Some people will have this nearly all the time while other people might just get it once or twice. We're looking into both at the moment, but the ones that happen every now and then may just be a brief connection issue (i.e. you lost connection very briefly while your pips were updating).
It happens when you lag when going to scoreboard. Never happened before 3.0 patch.

In the 3.1.0 PTB for Freddy rework I didnt got the error and normally ranked up. It seems to be fixed! Hope it will stay that way. Good job!
Hey paja, its a clientside bug. Since DBD Test Server is basically a different game to dbd, you’d still have the bug since the bug is based on your account. Its kinda like a virus that doesnt spread, I tried playing my friends account on my pc and I pipped normally but when I went back to my account, still cant pip
Hey no disrespect and I'm trying my best not to be rude, this has been happening for months on my account. I've been patiently waiting on a reply about this when I posted here about a month ago. Ranking up is not my biggest gripe about this bug but everytime I pip on a game it happens, it brings be back to the very starting screen of the game.
This is not happening on the PTB by the way, this has been my life on normal servers for months.
