Been having this since 4 days ago. No point in playing if I cant pip since i just came back from 4 seasons of not playing

Devs say theyre working on it but Im 100% sure they arent prioritizing this bug since only few players have it. Props to dbd staff

the devs know about the problem, I had this problem since the plague came out (before any error message was appearing) and exchanged some mails with the team.
They know, they are aware of the issue but they don't know when they're gonna be able to fix it. I know it's annoying. I was rank 1 before plague and I'm stuck at rank 16 now.
Just wait a bit, even though it makes the game not fun to play. At least we still get blood points and shards. I'm sure the team is working hard on the problem :)

I don't think so.I have reported about this error at 6/18.But they only answer being researching.I have sent my log files.
Maybe they think this problem is not serious for sales.
New patch same error except they changed the name to rank up error.

They will need the dbd logs to investigate the issue, since it's not a global bug and it's hard to replicate.

Contacting support don't do anything except getting the same scripted answer. I've opened several tickets over the past 3 months.
I still have the same issue and it's been almost a month since I posted this here.
Hopefully this will be fixed in the upcoming patch.
Any idea if this is going to be fixed soon? My roommate has suddenly got this error and hasn't being able to play for about a week now. I've noticed in some other posts others have being having the same issue recently

May want to have your friend do that and provide log files (if on PC).
1. Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run".
2. Type this in the "Run" prompt: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
3. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file. Please attach it in your support ticket.
This was never mentioned to my housemate who opened up a support ticket, he literally got one response from J saying it happens to people who live in dubai etc even though it's obvious he lives in Australia. He has been waiting 7 days for a reply and J couldn't even be bothered to tell him this? like what is up with your support

Same.. Now it's on killer and survivor every game. Last time I was having it only on survivor games, very rarely on killer.
I guess I'll open a ticket and send logs like mods said, hope it helps.
