What if balanced landing activated when you get off killer's shoulder?

Nah allow that, it'd be strong if they added more dropdowns in a map.

It received a buff that reduced stagger affects all the time instead of on a cooldown. Only the sprint is on cooldown for 40 secs at level 3.
And now it's getting nerfed cause exhaustion is getting nerfed
well then you're a weenie, that's just how the game works.
Right now that's how it works, you always have fall reduction.
