Honestly

It would be great if people could remember that games are meant to be fun and play accordingly.
I changed my name on steam about two or three weeks ago to "Trash Perks" and ran Dark Sense, Deja Vu, Open Handed, and Plunderer's (so I could collect items while not playing seriously). And honestly the game is still fun (arguably more fun) when I'm running around looting chest, looping killers, and whatnot than just focusing objective.
When I play killer, I try my best to hook everyone twice before I kill anyone and then usually spare whoever was the weakest link on the team.
Like..... it's a game y'all. Can we just chill and be cordial and have fun?

I’m having a blast playing around with my builds.
We need more people like you in this community
I also generally try to two hook everyone first but if I see someone who is on his last hook and no one else then I’m goin’ for the guy. I rarely spare people though.
What this guy said.
Ok, but don't expect to win in this way, or deserve any balance that follows this direction
It is more fun not caring about winning.
I know, even for the killer with the current state of the balancement
Yes, exactly. Run what perks you want and don't care what others think. You play your way but... there are some "fun" ways people play that I don't agree is even remotely fun.
The game shouldn't just be fun for you, it should be fun for everyone. So, for example, I saw another thread where people were saying how it's "fun" to tbag the killer just because they want to or to get a reaction and that's not fun, that's just plain rude. Those people ain't even playing to have fun at that point, they're playing to bully others. If bullying is fun for you, then those people need a new definition of fun.
Another thing to keep in mind is that if say, you're a survivor and trying to, well, survive... Is the killer allowed to, well, kill? I know some people get salty when they get hit. For the first time. Within the first minute of the game (like, what, why). If you're allowed to have fun on one side, the other side is allowed to have fun too.
So ye, I agree, have fun. It's just a game. But not at the expense of others. Say gg at the end of each round with a smile, not toxic words.
