no hatch spawn

in Maps

Just had a game as myers at backwater swamp and the hatch did not spawn. i searched the whole map 3 times top to bottom and found nothing. please take a look into this

    I've had that happen a lot on blackwater swamp, the killer was garbo and I ran him around for almost 15 minutes looking for the hatch.
