Who are the 5 strongest killers?

  • MegMain98MegMain98 Member Posts: 2,824

Hag is not far behind Billy as she can have insane map pressure and be multiple places at once. She can teleport to the opposite side of the map and down a survivor with Make Your Choice/Mint Rag.

Huntress however isn’t as great as she once was due to every map being terrible for her.

Pig is entirely RNG based. She’s not good but Doctor is pretty bad as well. All Doc can accomplish is annoying survivors. If Pig has luck on her side she can stall the game and possibly get a RBT kill. Pig isn’t good...but Doctor has nothing going for him.

Not to mention his itty bitty shock radius is pathetic without add-ons. I never play him without the green electrode add-on.

I understand what you’re saying, but Hag can NOT teleport to the other side of the map without adequate addons. Nurse, Spirit and Billy can have constant map pressure EASILY with no perks, addons, or offerings and still secure a 4K with little effort.

Can I just say that it's kind of nice to see a discussion about the strongest killers and see Freddy's name being tossed around regularly without it being a joke? They really did a great job with that rework.

I know that's 6 but the last 3 are pretty close IMO.

  • thesuicidefoxthesuicidefox Member Posts: 8,227

LOL no Trapper and Doc are not strong killers on Xbox. Trapper is very common at high ranks but he's not that effective. Doc is a joke IMO.

Spirit needs add-ons to have effective map pressure AND chase potential. At base I think she can only go 32 meters with her power and has to wait 15 seconds to cooldown. Hag can just keep teleporting to traps if survivors step in them. Hag has high chase potential and map pressure if she herds survivors to her traps. Spirit cannot use her power to traverse the map AND chase at the same time without add-ons, Hag can. Spirit is still arguably better, but Hag has better map control.

Nothing needs to be said about Billy and Nurse’s map pressure. Nurse still suffers a little bit without add-ons if the map is large. She goes faster than Billy but she can only go so far. Omega blink however puts Billy to shame.

    No way he was joking...

Clown can slow down survivors...that’s unfair.

Wraith is invisible if he stands still and is hard to see while cloaked...OP

Legion can stab multiple survivors without a cooldown animation...hacks

Doctor can shock survivors so they can throw down pallets and they also can’t heal or repair gens while in Tier 3 madness...that’s so unfair

Leatherface is the worst offender of all. He has an instadown and can down multiple survivors at once. Pls nerf him. He is too OP. Leatherface puts Nurse to shame.

    *Sarcasm intensifies*

5 seconds at 7.04m/s equals 35.2m, which means if she sees you with BBQ she can't reach you with phase walk unless she has add-ons.

    1. Nurse

C'mon its nurse. I don't need to explain

    2. Hillbilly

High mobility, chase potential, one shot potential. His chase potential is basically him being able to catch up, instantly down survivors reducing half the chase time if successfully done so, and being able to do tricks such as curving and faking a pallet chainsaw breaks.

    3. Spirit

    Chase potential, high mobility

The only thing that would stop her from being number 2 is her ability. It's basically all about mindgames which is basically a hard punishment if you fail to mindgame and a free hit if you succeed in your mindgame. She can move around the map fast but that drains her power which billy can do but much better without a drawback with an instant down. The only thing spirit does better than billy is chasing but billy doesn't fall too far behind. That doesn't mean she is weak though. Being able to move around the map and have insane chase potential is crazy. Her add ons can make her almost as strong as nurse if she is equipped with prayer beads.

I can still see an argument for both billy and spirit though and honestly, spirit is be better if billy has a bad map

4 and 5 can be switched between these killers

She's able to throw hatchets 5 times before having to refill them. Upon a hit she can injure or even down a survivor. Nothing else really needs to be said. She can down survivors across the map with a lucky hit, get hits which otherwise aren't possible with other killers. The only drawbacks are mid to high walls, loops without a giant straight wall for her to use her hatchets on, her movement speed, and refilling after a few throws.

He has a lot of things going for him.

his main drawbacks are loops and time to stalk and tier 1

Tier 2 he has chase potential. A 16m radius making chases start closer than they usually do, a slightly faster vault speed, and a slightly more dimmed red stain.

    And finally tier 3

A huge lunge with an instant down, an insanely fast vault speed for a limited time.

The main reason why he's up here is because his insane lethality and snowball potential.

    and Freddy

His snares are crazy, he can spam them on a loop making survivors slow which can give him a free hit, they can also be used for tracking. You can place them on totems, gates, and other areas. He can also teleport to a generator for map pressure. His main draw back is his power only working on those who are alseep and his teleportation only working when the cooldown timer is finished.

Lulz at anyone listing Doc, Freddy, Bubba and Trapper.

  • MarcusMarcus Member Posts: 2,047

Nurse blinks range are just 32 meters, so even her can't reach you with BBQ without range add-ons.

  • prayer_survivorprayer_survivor Member Posts: 626

Add-ons are so difficult to gain you barely play against killers with add-ons :D

  • MegMain98MegMain98 Member Posts: 2,824

She doesn’t have a cooldown though. She blinks, goes into fatigue for a very short time and is right back to blinking. She can cover ground quickly.

Nurse and Spirit are basically the same except Nurse has no cooldown.

    1. nurse
    2. spirit WITH the purple addon
    3. nea
    4. claudette
    5. meg
  • thesuicidefoxthesuicidefox Member Posts: 8,227

But she needs specific add-ons: speed and duration. I see a lot of Spirit players using attack range, recovery, and activation time, so in most games yea she can only go 35.2m.

  • BunnyTheHuttBunnyTheHutt Member Posts: 1,773

They don't, but once you teleport you still have too chase survivors down with no abilities, so you can only M1 them until you hit them, then you have strong abilities too work with. Until they are asleep you have no powers.

Basically Ghostface, Plague, Myers and Clown need small buffs such as making one of there yellow/green addons base kit or something.

Pig, Legion, Doctor, Wraith, Trapper and Leatherface need large buffs or mechanics changes depending on what is holding them back.

Freddy, Huntress, Hag, Billy, Spirit, Nurse are the Killers that don't need buffs at all and shouldn't receive any besides maybe minor buffs for the purposes of QoL in specific situations, or addon changes.

I'm so glad that was sarcastic. I think my brain would have melted outta my ears otherwise.

  • CorruptedCorrupted Member Posts: 157

You're kidding right? Hag and Freddy are noticeably above Myers. Myers is not #5 for sure.

It'll depend on the rank you're at. For red rank/top tier players It's

1)Nurse- Ignores vaults and pallets. Amazing chase potential and map pressure. She's literally only limited by the person playing her.

2)Spirit- Great chase potential and great map pressure. Arguably the best mindgames in the whole game, is borderline broken if you have great headphones and doesn't have much counterplay.

3)Billy-Insane map pressure, can instadown survivors, decent mindgames with chainsaws at pallets and certain vaults.

4)Hag-Great chase potential and insane map pressure/prescence given the survivors run into your traps. She has one of the best juggling potential.

5)Huntress or Freddy but I'm starting to think Freddy may be better.

    4. Nurse

    5. Spirit

Pound for pound I think the Hag would be the strongest. She's tiny and still manages to haul people to the hooks and throw them up there...

  • RegionlockRegionlock Member Posts: 316
    1. Nurse
    2. spirit
    3. nurse
    4. spirit
    5. nurse/spirit/billy
    6. billy only up there because of mobility, at least you can get info and counter play him.

guessing you never tried Mint Rag and rusty shackles on hag? Stronger than 5-blink nurse on a good hag. Can’t unhook anyone who gets hooked, she has unlimited range on the map and survivors are easily picked as walking on traps gives no notification.
