Survivor Perk Feedback (Need Buffs)

Inner Strength- A great perk that should stay the same.
Second Wind- Second Wind is a little buggy with health states, it sometimes doesn’t register a full heal even though I fully heal another survivor (by myself). Second Wind should also be obtained if 2 survivors are healing another survivor, healing with We'll Make It, and if you use a medkit. It also should save your heal progress (say I heal one survivor halfway and then heal another halfway to get the perk active). Also, WHY IS THE PERK ONE USE?! Like seriously, the chances of you being able to use this perk twice are slim to none so why restrict it? If that is a bug fine, but right now you can only use it once.
Fixated- Needs to have the 20% faster walk speed at all times regardless of health state; and the scratch marks should be everyone’s scratches, not just your own. That way you could play around other survivors because their scratches could screw you over.
Better Together- It’s ok, but it’s gen aura should be larger (say 64 meters maybe?) and the auras revealed should apply to anybody else if they’re working on the same gen you are.
Babysitter & Camaraderie- Both are useless, even after one of them got buffed. Babysitter should apply for 15 seconds AND should completely silence a survivor in addition to the effects it applies. Camaraderie should apply to any time you're hooked (first or second phase) and if you go to save someone, they should get half of the time you’d get if you were on the hook. Unless these perks are buffed there just going to go unused.

id like camaraderie to work the other way around , like, if youre 16m from a hooked survivor you stop the timer for the duration, but i see how ppl could exploit it so idk,its really useless if it only works for you and you dont have any control on it
It could work, just half the time for other survivors and it’d be fine. You could only use it twice on every survivor and twice on yourself; and even if it got buffed that way it wouldn’t be used too often.
ik but you know how some ppl react to any punishment to camping or tunneling
It's not necessarily punishment, again it'd be only be able to used once per hook state
Inner Strength - Too good in my opinion, but that's just me. I would rather have "once per trial" but I don't rly mind if that stays how it is now. I am totaly in love with this perk.
Second Wind - I don't know since the only time I played it, it was buggy.
Fixated - I agree, that passive walk speed should be at all times.
Babysitter - Make it last for 10 seconds and let be that Survivor have "Iron Will".
Camaraderie - It's good how it is now. +34 seconds on hook is rly good.
Better Together - Increase distance from where you can see that gen. Let's say to 42 meters.

I really wish Inner strength was token based then it would actually support secondary objectives instead of "I can't do this totem, I'll need it for later to recharge my perk"

It doesn't need to be token based though, plus that's when we get into people crying that it's "OP" when it wouldn't necessarily be. In my opinion it's fine as it is.
Also if other survivors are running Inner Strength it’d screw them over big time because you’d be hoarding all the tokens.
I mostly agree, however Inner Strength isn't too good, it's just right where it was on the PTB. As for Camaraderie, it's a terrible perk if it stays the same; it really needs to be usable for each hook state and apply the effect to other survivors if you're the one going for the save.
Agreed with fixated walk speed should be at all times
I doubt the devs are actually gonna do anything with the live version (which is unfortunate) but Fixated needs to be 20% walk speed regardless of health state.
Inner Strength rewards players for doing their secondary objective.
Is it the best meta perk? No. But atleast it encourages people to do them (and maybe avoid NOED, find hexes)
