Inner strength should be a token based perk

Literally no reason to run this perk over Self care a reliable always available heal in comparison to this "there might be another totem I can find"
Additionally, since it relies on totems being only 5 opportunities to get a heal if you do more totems your wasting potential heals, but if you save them for heals later your ignoring the objective which is silly and counterproductive

The perk is really good, maybe even a little meta in my opinion.
Self care takes 32 seconds, requires you to stand still and to be detectable from nurse's. Inner strenght makes you heal in chase, is pretty fast and his requirements are pretty easy to fill (half the time you spawn next to a totem).
It's better than self-care wtf?
I think this perk would be really nice with tokens.

Your contributing to getting rid of NOED and in exchange get a heal in 8 seconds. Selfcare takes hella long time and hurts your team while Inner strength helps no matter the situation. I wonder which is better hmmmm....

Self care takes 32 seconds. 24 if you run it with Botany.
Healing self is 16 sec, healing self unlocks the ability to heal 50% slower, not 100% slower. 100% penalty is double, or 32 sec. It's 24. I could be buggin.

The fact that you can use Inner Strenght more than once is allready amazing. Healing yourself in 8 seconds ignoring all possible action speed debuffs is incredibly valuable, even if you can only do it once. And then some games you will be able to do it twice or more. There is really no downside to it and its going to be very rare to have a game where you can't even use it once.
Making it token based would just encourage players to hoard them and look for totems everywhere instead of doing generators.
Its fine as it is and its the best survivor perk of this chapter.
@Decarcassor it would be a small buff for the survivors and no one would have any reason to complain about noed anymore.
Yes, its 50% slower, so you heal at the half of the normal rate an so it takes twice as long.
Honestly the game is very finicky when it comes to its percentages but it does mean that it reduces your speed by half effectively doubling the time it would take.
Before the healing nerf when healing was 12 seconds you would be right about self-care being 24 but now it's 16 it takes 32 seconds to fully self care.
