rank matched lobby broken after update?

ive had several matches lately where either me, playing Killer (r14) get matched up with a team of reds ranks and low rank purples, or when playing survivor (R9) playing with similar ranked survivors, but a killer who is ranked 20-18.
i didn't notice this as much before the update, anyone else experiencing similar game play?

It has been like this for a few weeks
The fix should come with the hotfix

They stated that they found the problem, so it should get fixed
