Noed requires you to be end game and have at least 1 totem left on the map. Which can also be cleanse.
Instaheal requires nothing but a tap on a teammate. Much to easy.

but none of the killer perks and addons take any skill to use so whats up with that? survivors can have no breakssssss

That is just totally wrong. Go play Killer and see if you can climb the ranks. If the "perks and addons don't take any skill to use," then it shouldn't be too hard for you. Go ahead, I'll wait.
I will miss playing SWF and using anti-hemorrhagic syringe on a downed survivor literally seconds after the killer downed them. As a killer player, I know how horrible it feels but as a survivor we'd laugh so hard! At the end of the day though, this really is to make the game better as a whole. As the Dev said, it was definitely too much. But, it is better to have those moments left to the nostalgic past.
I have a level 50 hag and thats the only killer i have that is fully leveled with no prestiges. The only time i play other killers is for daily rituals and even then i can easily get a 4 or 3 kill with only one perk and no add ons, my killer rank right now is 8 but then again i dont play killer often because it is so easy and i feel like an ass.

These require no skill to use. You just put them on and do the exact same thing you do every match. Only you get a "shortcut" to killing that took 0% extra skill to use.
Now don't get me wrong. I am not against the Instaheal nerf. I was even expecting it. And it works fine for me. I don't really use instaheals. I only use them when I'm using up a survivor's inventory before prestiging.
But the double standards here are atrocious. There are most certainly a lot of unfair killer addons which require no skill to use, yet killers are pretending otherwise. Hilarious.

I'm pretty sure Iridescent hatchets and Ebony moris are next up for changes, not even upset, get rid of all the abusable/ broken stuff
Iridescent huntress still required you to know how to aim the hatchets, and you had to be good at them.
Ebony mori requires you to down, hook, and down the survivor again to use
Both still require more skill to use compared to instaheals, where u just press one button to activate to get a free hit/free life.
Nah, bye bye having a guy wait for someone else who's been running the killer all game at every pallet to go down just to feed him a full heal as soon as the killer finally gets him.
They are still really good, one granting a any time borrowed time and one just taking a little bit of time for a free health state, and I'm hyped for the mori and key rework

The one killer that really doesn't care about insta heals unless the gates are open gets nerfed so you nerf insta heals from being broken to being still good but not braindead.
Iridescent hatchets base reduces hatchets to 1. That is not what you do every match- meaning you must have perfect aim unless you bring a purple addon. I admit with the purple addon, the cost/benefit shifts to huntress side (but STILL not what you do every match) and at the cost of 2 excellent addons (as compared to one on a brown med kit).
There was no counterplay to instant heals. You just had the entire chase times you spent downing a survivor (or even the chase time of hitting them once) just stolen with no counter play. With 4 opportunities to experience even one iridescent or purple level addon (not to mention more than one), Killers had to suffer instant heals much more frequently than survivors have to suffer strong killer add ons like Iridescent head.

Ebony Moris tip the game strongly to the killer as they were intended as an OFFERING.
I play plenty of survivor too. You claim a double standard but the OP claimed instant heals were justified by the existence of strong killer addons (which is a wrong justification). Even viewing it through my survivor experience, it is just wrong. Strong killer builds simply are not the same as the presence of instant heals in the game.
I have over 20 syringes on claudete and I use them like 1 time everyone 3 or 4 games, I find them CONSTANTLY in the BW. they are broken, OP, unfair and I am glad they are getting nerfed (if nurse is getting nerfed at least something that WAS FOR SURE BROKEN is getting nerfed on the survivor side even though base kit nurse was fine it was just omega blink/5blink that was not fine and that was just addons causing it)
They are not going to change their decision. I say RIP instaheals. It was fun while it lasted
Onward survivor brethren, off to campaign for pig/stealth killers to get nerfed because we don't like not hearing a terror radius and don't want to run spine chill although it's probably the "fairest" strong perk
Insta heals got delayed heal now but the purple one is a massive buss.
It's 15 second endurance against all damage with exception of trapper traps.
You can't be stopped by a chainsaw or noed or anything else instead of getting extra health state. How is that a nerf?
