Vigil buff idea
I really love current vigil, especially paired with sprint burst but it could use some buffs.
My idea:
Vigil now makes you immune to mangled and allies around you now have mangled effects reduced by 30% and your exhaustion is reduced by 40% while not running and reduces teammates exhaustion by 10% while not running.
Important: vigil does not stack with other vigils
What are your thoughts on this? I decided not to include hemorrhage or blindness in this as I feel like they don’t need vigil affecting them.

Alright, I'm going to give you feedback on a 4 point scale 🤗
✅ Idea seems fair to the community from a killer and survivor perspective
✅ Idea is obviously well thought out
☑ Idea is easy to understand
-There's a lot your perk does, so it can be difficult to fully understand the perk.
✅ Idea is original
-I was going to take a point away because you suggested the typical exhaustion change for Vigil, but since you added other effects into the mix, I gave you a point.
Overall, 3/4 is still pretty good! 😁
Thanks :)
I didn't meant to say "Obliviously", so my bad my dude (pun intended). 😁
However, you should try to make your perk suggestion as comphrenible as possible. It's not your English that makes it hard to understand; it's how much stuff you have in the perk that makes it confusing to understand. 🙃
Will take note on that, thanks :)
It could work, since if you stack 4 Vigils on top of each other it's 60% to exhaustion and other status debuffs... (It doesn't stack additively so it won't increase to 80%. The oddest stacking for a perk I know...)
So having 1 Vigil could actually be more worth it for a perk slot in theory.
It actually doesn’t stack at all since I figured that’d make it op.
I like the concept of certain perks removing add-ons effects.
I am not sure if I would put mangled with vigil though as I personally dont run exhaustion perks and its not really worth taking without one. Maybe botany knowledge for mangled would make more sense instead since that makes you a sort of healer role. It then ignores mangled status on yourself and others affected and allows 50% of its base gain speed if mangled. If mangled isn't present it enables the normal perk healing speed.
Vigil it could ignore the effect of exhaustion add-ons and give 50% of the perks recovery while walking and again if there is no add-on present the perk works as normal.
This could be done with a specific perk for each status effect that has a use the addon affects and may help change up the meta slightly while creating some class roles in DBD.
My reason for mangled was that the perk currently affects timed status effects so I wanted to stay close to the original design but also far enough to make it good.
I kinda disagree with the exhaustion add on part since add ons do go away but perks stay.
I like it, it has an extra something, something. I don't know what to say. Well i was gonna say what if it had an AoE where your team can see or something with effects. Idk, it's fine without anything fancy.
It would tell you in-game that they have it but I think I get your point.
Idk Vigil well except that it's weak now, so sure. 👍️
