Can't stalk people

Has anyone else had the issue where even when the survivor is in plain sight and your stalking them but nothing is happening. Like your bar isnt going up or even the game saying your actually stalking them? I have been getting this since the newest update and the survivor can literally be in front of you and still not able to stalk them.

Yes, you can't stalk male survivors unless they are very close or very far from you. Female survivor you can't stalk on one side of the screen.
yeah sometimes its been like that but most of the time it's just very inconsistent like they can just thrown a pallet down and still not able to stalk them. Hope the devs fix it
Since the last update it seems better. There was one instance I couldn't stalk after the update but couldn't replicate it.

I recorded a small gameplay of the issue where i couldnt stalk a survivor.
I have same problem and my friend too.
Still happens in like 50% of the Games....
It still happens to me :( it's so frustrating as sometimes it's taking forever to get out of stage one because it's not stalking them :( makes me wonder if the Devs will ever fix it
