It's in the Developer Update for November. The changes for The Spirit are perfect in my eyes. If she's supposedly in another plane of existence when phasing then she shouldn't be running into people!

Wonderful. Good riddance to the silent prayer beads Spirit. Most broken add on in the game has finally been addressed.

En temps que main du tueur je suis assez triste des nerfs subis cependant meme si quelques addons se sont fais nerfs comme la prière silenciense qui s'est fais rework d'autre addons on eu des buffs pour compenser leurs nouveaux nerfs et les joueurs encore une fois pourrons déviez ces nerfs avec d'autre addons ce qui fera un build d'addons parfais .
Si la collision de l'esprit a été enlevez sur les survivants alors pourra t'elle traversez les murs tel l'infirmière ?
La collision supprimé dans son pouvoir avec les survivants n'impacteras pas grand chose sur le gameplay en revanche le nerf de la pierre pourra géné le grab de survivants sur les generateurs et je dis bien géné et non rendre impossible car cela peux aussi ne pas avoir d'impact sur le gameplay des survivants .
Les debutants survivants ne connaisserons pas suffisament bien le pouvoir de l'esprit et se ferons grab alors que les pro et rangs rouge par exemple s'en moquerons et ne ferons pas attention de l'addons rework pensant que le tueur est loins d'eux et serons en confiance
j'essaye d'exprimer mon point de vue sur les modifs apporté
pour moi c'est plus un buff car beaucoup de personne n'utilise pas le bracelet et preferons contrer le rework de l'Amulette Yakuyoke avec la Broche de cheveux sanglante par exemple

Fair to the wraith? No, you literally just said he's not as strong. Plus, he doesn't instantly appear if running into somebody and you can still see him moving. If we're talking about him not bumping survivors, does it really matter considering he has a reappear time and can see survivors anyway? Essentially exact opposite of the spirit
Not as strong, but still can be powerful. That's what I said. I'm not trying to make a point too much with what I'm saying. But I wanted to make you aware that when he rings his bell he goes in the spirit realm, and the Spirit, when using her power, essentially is fully embracing the spirit realm to go faster and be invisible. If we are talking logically here, the Wraith shouldn't be able to have collision.
I merely want consistency in the game I play, y'know? Who wouldn't?
Also complete sarcasm on the Wraith's part, I know I sound like an idiot typing this up but I just don't get some of the changes and need to vent a bit. Especially since this is giving me more reasons to not play the Spirit. I was already bad with her, and these changes will completely kill players like me when playing her.
I understand where you're coming from in maintaining consistency but I don't think the wraith running into people is all that big of an issue.
I understand not wanting to play spirit though. My GF mains spirit and I've had to hear here complain about all the changes already. lol.
Part of why I've been telling people just take it for what it is and move on with life. We have chapter 14 coming soon with a whole new list of things to nag the devs about anyway!
The most problem I've had was with the Legion 'rework', even then I never played Spirit often enough to git gud, cause it's just hard for me. This change won't affect me as hard, but getting stuck with a Spirit ritual would be a death sentence for someone like me, and I had thought pre-nerf Nurse was hard.
As for Wraith, I was just joking about nerfing his collision, poor guy was left in the gutter for a while and I don't want to kick him whilst he is still recovering. I'm actually looking forward to Chapter 14, they've kinda been giving hope back to me. I just really don't want them to tear out my heart again.
Unnecessary nerf on the Spirit.
Adding animation for window vault:
This was a high skill strategy for Spirit users. You force a mind game with the survivor and make them guess if you're vaulting or not. If they guessed wrongly, they are punished for it. By adding animation for the Survivors, the high skill ceiling for Spirit is removed.
No longer silent prayer beads:
Another nerf to the high skill ceiling of the Spirit. By making the sound global, now everyone will know when to start hiding. The silent prayer beads is a skill-expressive add-on. Only good Spirit users know when to use it to yionk surivors off generators and use it to hunt on the map. This just completely removes another skill-based aspect of Spirit.
Overall the changes just dumb down the Spirit from a high-skill, high-reward killer to a random nobody. A good Spirit player could get 4k in around 70% of matches. With this gutting of the killer, there is no more distinction between a good and bad Spirit player
