the borrowed time is not works in many situations, like out of the terror radiu, in the oblivious state, etc. but the icon of that perk is still highlighted when those situations happen. that is really wired. maybe the devs should do something for that.

Borrowed Time is not a perk that has ever been lit or unlit to indicate whether it will function or not. So it's working as intended at the moment.

maybe there will be plenty of work to do to achieve that.
still, I hope it will be able to indicate whether it can function or not...
I agree that would be a nice QOL change to it, especially when you have Wraith and GF trying to suppress their terror radius before a save to prevent BT from procing. I personally still think Freddy didn’t need Oblivious added to his kit but whatever I guess lol.
Maybe devs have the better idear lol.
I can only hope so, they have been really blind to some of the clear imbalances with certain perks, powers and features among other things lately.
