Medkit charges broken?

I used a yellow medkit and put on extra charges but I still depleted it after one use....is that a glitch?

All charge addons are bugged right now. That also includes batteries and toolbox charge addons. They don't do anything so don't bring them for no reason.
Damn!! Thanks for letting me know, although I wish I asked earlier cause I’ve been wasting them 😂
