Bleed out timer needs to be shortened

There is no reason for someone to be on the ground for so long. Killers use it to slug for hatch or to just be toxic and make someone waste their time and bleed out.

Another solution would be to allow survivors to kill themselves. My point is, there is literally no reason for the timer to be that long. I don’t even care about the slugging for hatch, I just care about how much it wastes everyone’s time.
