Yeah poor legion mains. .(
Your post responding to my post where I mention anecdotal subjective evidence.....
But those 2 years
Kewl story bro.
I won't disagree with that, but when you consider the nerfs thrown at survivors over time relative to killer or playing as a soloq survivor which has received nerf after nerf.
Then you throw in design decisions recently like EGC (or hatch close) which just benefits killers in general. Where if you have a high mobility killer and 2 adjacent doors then as a survivor your better off farming totems/hooks then trying to open gate if hatch is closed.
In that capacity, its good that killers have received some push back. Unless the devs want killer queue times to increase.
You're complaining saying that killers are always getting buffs gtfo dude lmaooo killers don't work in teams survivors do... You probably don't even know how the game used to be a long time ago and you're over here complaining lol hilarious
The Endgame event mainly favors killers, but the devs don't care about killers frustration right? I'd advise you to play survivor for awhile and see how you really feel afterwards about the matter.
To be fair killer survives every match.
That's wrong, survivors van beat any killer as long as they do the objective.
Well of course EGC benefits the killer, I mean if he finds the hatch and there is 1 survivor left shouldn't he have the better chance.
If your reply is 'of course' then you imply its obvious because the fact of the matter is you COMPLETELY missed the point of my post. So I'm left wondering why you even bothered to post because I dont disagree with the point..........
I guess you think a 1v1 should finish with farming? rofl
Right now they're instant and we got long survivor queues. Just like two years ago. It's not as bad, but we are getting close to it with various bugs on certain killers and the sound issues. Additionally there were some nerfs to freddy and oni, for some reason. Survivors don't got that big issues rn except DH.
No they're not.
I've noticed that long term killers get preferential treatment (queue skipping) but beyond that killer queue times are up.
Before games went to dedicated servers, the ratio of survivor/killer was 2/1 sometimes 3 but NEVER the inverse.
Also the devs removed ingame timers, but before they did killers started complaining about their queue times relative to survivor.
These points alone make it interesting about how d/c penalties are going to work out and why the devs and inching forward because these metrics are just going to get worse as its usually survivors that d/c.
And I don't understand your 'but 2 years ago' survivor queue times were worse? Because unless you can explain this better it just sounds like some abstract anecdotal subjective point that's designed to conflate the issue.
I can just tell you about my queue times two years ago and my queue times right now.
Two years ago i got instant queues as killer, because killers were frustrating, unfun and weak, at least most of them. Now i got instant queues as killer.
My opinion, based on what i see, is, that killers are weak, or at least very unfun, at the moment. It's an opinion, it's subjective and my observations are also subjective.
You are brave to make this post but I suspect you'll be crucified for it they don't take kindly to this talk around these parts
This is true. Know how to at killer and be toxic if you have to(I garentee it's probably not actually toxic if your not cheating) whatch: not otzvorza the YouTuber he has a video going against a super effective and efficient 4man multiple times so he make a build with Freddy to defeat them and wins
us true killer mains who know killer is the power role should just quit for 30 months
You true mains should stop "maining" and start play both sides to have a less biased point of view.
Have you ever played DbD?
you must be talking about a different game.
I find when I play against 4 flashlight I get destroyed as killer but I guess I should just run Franklin's.
OP: i am the power role so i should 4k every match!!
survivors dont got that big issues?
this is one of the worst survs time..
For pc players dedicated servers are just bs, getting hit 5 meters from the window or the pallet is just completely B S
It's mostly just matchmaker my dude, you could have 20 hours experience in the game it will throw you up again and again against people with thousands of hours, all meta perks maxed and like 4 toolboxes and expect you to just somehow make for a fair match.
You can lose with no hope of actually winning like a dozen games in a row before suddenly it puts you against people below your rank or below your skill level that you just curb stomp.
BHVR's idea of balance is if half the matches the killer steamrolls the survivors, and half the matches the survivors steamroll the killer- that must mean the game is balanced because that averages 2 kills a match.
It's broken logic; that everyone eats up and refuses to actually consider that maybe it's not perfect; so I wouldn't expect it to ever get changed. You can either enjoy the game as it is or just move on to something else, those are the only two choices really.
I love to play survivor atm as killer main. Because i feel like the power role.
But i understand your opinion, i think i would have the same one, if i would only play survivor. .)
Works both ways though, as killer I've been pallet stunned from a mile away, swung at survivors who teleported like 30ft away suddenly, like 75% of the time when I down someone they teleport like 15ft in a random direction and I have to find them....
They without a doubt need improvement but lets be real, it used to be better on average until you got a match with a weak connection then it was far worse than it is now. So we traded absolutely unplayable matches for every match almost being a little BS but at least playable.
Still needs improvement though without a doubt.
Not in solo survivor hell.
I barely survive in swf or solo and I have 1000+ hours in red ranks. It's a blessing to even get the exit gates open.
Once you get into red ranks it's all killers like Otz and Tru3 who will 4K like 50+ games in a row.
There is no really platform above that so you will have a hard time really out playing a lot of them.
Meanwhile killers in lower ranks only go against those survivors conditioned against THOSE killers cause of less of them being in queue, which leads to curb stomps the other way around.
It is not a well thought out system.
sounds like this killer needs to get gud
Then give him advice, saying “git gud” doesn’t accomplish anything.
Coming from a killer main, this game is so killer sided it's not even funny. Sometimes the survivors escape, it's part of the game. There are map reworks needed, killer reworks needed, and the entire base of survivor gameplay needs looked at. Survivor is so boring it's not even funny, I don't like holding M1 /rb for 80 seconds with quick time events in between. Something needs done to make generator repairing more engaging for survivors as the only two things you need to master to be good as a survivor is skill checks and looping. There is so much more to killer and it's kinda sad that killer is the only side really fun atm.
I started the game as a killer main and after playing for a good year as mainly killer I'm now a survivor main and i play solo and will say without a shadow of a doubt that survivor side is much easier and a hell of a lot less frustrating. The only time killer is not super frustrating is when you're in the brown ranks. Btw I'm a red rank solo survivor.
Oh lord. Another whiny killer main who wants easy 4K games like at ranks 15-20. Playing killer is easy and takes no real skill. I get you want it easy, but survivors have had to grind, and die a ton, to get to red ranks where they finally mastered how to give killers a run for the money. We can’t even hit back for gods sake. What more do you want?
how about gens that take 6 minutes. All survivors start in the wounded state and have 30 seconds to find help or are slugged. [BAD WORD], maybe have survivors glow with giant beams showing where they are, with bowling balls tied to their feet. How does that sound? We could start the trials in a wheelchair perhaps. Would that be more fair?
