Would you ever consider changing the 'press to struggle' button which seems to punish players who experience a dip in connection with their death. A possible change could be 'hold to give up'. That would also avoid the people who spam the button before finding out about the change.

There is different opinions about this in the Design team. It's not planned to be changed soon.

The plan is still the same, level the field between solo players and teams along with changes like hiding the killer's perks and addons from the end game tally and giving more information to the killers on the survivor's hook states. This is still all at the idea stage.

Pallet vaccum was a fix for getting stuck in the pallet. You will be happy to know that we are testing the new pallet interactions right now. There is a lot more to do on this but it is already looking great!

Along with other spawning issues / testing, we are testing the totems placement and spawning on maps. There is also a discussion about making them less obvious (color, fire)

The store is a cosmetic only store. The cosmetics will not impact the gameplay; they are aesthetic additions.
That said, we are also exploring ideas for store items such as the ones you mentioned.

Quick question about the emblem system, when an unhooked survivor gets down within 10 seconds the unhooker basically looses 30 points but if that survivor escapes the killers grasp (flashlight/pallet saves, ds or wiggling), are those 30 points refunded to the unhooker?

The unhooker will be losing their 30 points. If he is the one making the action to save their teammates by ''escaping the killer's grasp'' he will be rewarded for it but he will not get back the Benevolent points from the intial unhook.

Any details on the ladder system changes that we can expect in the June update?
Will there just be an extension of the 1-20 range? Or perhaps a system with ELO being depicted by a multi-digit number and a handful of ranks to correspond with specific ranges of that number?
Currently on the surface, it's impossible to determine skill gaps between players of the same rank

We need more work to be ready to say anything about this, but be sure that the Community will be the first to know!

Sorry if this has been asked but in the roadmap you showed it shows chapters quarterly but it doesn’t say anything about new maps for already existing areas or realms (not sure what they are 100% called). Is that still something we will see once in awhile?

When/why did you make the decision to have the Emblem system only reward one particular, very aggressive style of play from survivors, and when/why did you design it so that survivors have to fight each other for points rather than working together?
One of the things I enjoyed about this game was the capacity for teamwork among strangers, but now everyone has to fight for generators, unhooks, heals, killer attention etc. or else they won't pip up and there's no incentive whatsoever to work together on anything.
Additionally, are there any plans to change the Emblem system so that killers face camping or simply refusing to play at all doesn't make every single survivor depip?

We are currently gathering a lot of feedback from the Community. (Lookout for the Community Feedback survey tomorrow!)
The first step in the Emblems changes will be bug fixes, then we will start adjusting.

Do you think this game is becoming less cat and mouse and more cat and dog?
What I'm trying to say is survivors used to be a lot more potent of stealth with less use in a chase but after a slew of anti stealth mechanics (BBQ , freddy , Doctor) and killer confronting mechanics (desicive strike , dead hard , BT) survivors feel more encouraged to start chases in place of sneaking?
This isn't helped much by SWF where you can actively know when a killer is busy or not and rendering aura reading perks worthless.

Any plans to fix the Hag's lunge post teleport?

The short lunge past teleport is caused by the fact that you are standing still after you use the teleport. You have no velocity and the long lunge isn't available to you until you reach your top speed (0.22s). That said, this is something we want to look at.
