Doctor Changes Turned out to be Nerfs

So now snapping out of it is so much easier. This is a huge nerf. The pressure of finding a safe spot to snap out of it is gone. You can now piece by piece snap out of it WHILE LOOPING the doctor. Madness 3 the pinnacle of doctors powers is a joke now. (oh yeah and they are removing his exhaustion addons)


EDIT- i just read Snapping out of it takes you all the way to madness 1 now..... madness 2 used to be permanent i dont even have to explain how big of a nerf this is. in fact doctor will definetly be the weakest killer in the game now.

Okay so he moves at 115 to shock ppl, but wait......now he has a delay after shocking so that the advantage of being able to shock is negated. No using shock to deny unhooks anymore. (the doctor literally shocks himself with his power now and cant do anything after.....lol)

Now doctor is gonna lose his treatment mode grabs, no more grabs.No more passive madness. Much less madness overall for survivors around him instead he has a.....long range shock. His long range shock now on a long cooldown.Cant tier up madness constantly around him anymore...nope have to wait a long cooldown and if you miss yup you wasted it.


Can i ask why? Why nerf a killer that was already underperforming by alot?

    That’s some serious pessimism, my friend. You’re overexaggerating a lot of stuff here.

    The Snap Out of It was barely changed. What’s wrong with snapping out during a chase anyway? It distracts the Survivor, and also Doctor can just give it right back to them because Shock Therapy is unlimited.

    You're acting like there’s gonna be a 5-second delay between shocks. It’s probably going to be the equivalent of how it is now, or a bit like Clown’s cooldown, which isn’t much.

    Treatment Mode was a hinderance, not ifs or buts about it. Now you can shock whenever and makes him less annoying to place as and against. Instead of waiting until the Madness reaches the next tier, you can shock everyone whenever. Use Whispers and you’ll know when to use the Static Blast. Also, 60 seconds is all you need to find someone, shock them into a oblivion, down them, and hook them. By the time that’s over with, you’ll have it again.

    Why don’t you seek out the positives instead of the negatives?

    before u could punish shack pallets, now u cant sooo theres a big nerf coming to doctor. doctor was 1 of the few killers that counter hatch standoff, not anymore.

    After what they did to Legion, which was mediocre at best before changes, I cant say I'm surprised.

    Snap out of it also takes you back down to tier 1 instead of tier 2.

    I just read about some leaks, Turns out doctor will have a THREE SECOND cooldown after shocking people where doctor cant do any more actions. And snap out of it will also remove madness 2


    Thats longer than the action lock? So doctor has no way to counter loops now. The doctor now literally shocks himself and cant do anything after. He literally hurts himself with his own weak power now.
