If anything, this is going to encourage scummier plays to ensure pressure and kills. Expect more slugs, proxy camping, tunneling, and hard/soft patrolling.

Ruin was the only thing that made the stupidly mindless task of working on gens a challenge. I'd actually bother to work on gens with Ruin up. With no Ruin, it's just completely boring. I'll search chests, I'll cleanse totems, I'll make hook saves, and I'll almost certainly die, but without the challenge of Ruin then the other survivors can do gens 'cause it's not worth it for the small amount of BP and complete lack of entertainment they provide.
You'll most likely see a drop in killer variety and longer que times as a survivor due to this straight up nerf. Most killers ran it due to the issues of large maps and quick gen times making it so they couldn't adequately apply pressure. Most likely the Dev's at a later date will say something else along the lines of "we have been adjusting maps so we no longer thought ruin was necessary" despite not nerfing the main issues.
You talk about nerfs on survivor side yet dont realize a lot of those nerfs were justified heavily due to how those games went. If you have really only been playing for 50 days then you didn't play when those perks were nerfed to realizing how polarizing those perks could be used by a bad player let alone a good one.
Also just saying that according to what they said new players got destroyed by it. They balance around the rank 20 games not the middle to top tiers which start to develop issues, but as a person who says they have been pure rank you should already know this as well.

Killer m1 attack is used in 100% of the games it deserve nerf as well.
I mean after awhile ruin is in every game when you are in red ranks. You get used to it and learn how to manage it better as well. And if that doesn’t workout you have the opportunity to still gen tap. I just see this creating a smaller community of killers. If higher ranks could figure out ruin, they will work around regression penalties when not on a gen. Lol at the devs on this one imo.
I said days not hours, honestly if you have been playing 50 days total since release on xbox that's 1.2k hours. At that point I take back what I said apparently your just not very good at great skill checks with Ruin. Even then it only released in 2017 meaning you average about 1.7 hrs a day. That's more then enough time to practice skill checks with ruin, but it does make sense with your rank.
If you only want to read what you read and pretend people are ignorant. People can easily do math as well. Honestly it's close to probably 2 hrs a day since the game released in june 2017.
Though let's be honest DBD on console is lonny simulator. So reality if you probably played closer to 1/3 the actual amount given.

nah the changes i suggested still made it as strong but less annoying, they made it useless unless you use it with surveillance, and i dont know if overcharge works with it.

Yeah, Im now every game camping and tunneling to ensure at least 1-2 kills coz gen pressure doesnt exist anymore and I will not bother myself to obey some survivor "rules"....

I agree with you, and I'm an all time good enough rank 1 player. I haven't forget my first feelings about ruin. This perk is just very annoying. And as a killer you don't get any direct effect from it or fun. Just an indirect slowdown that you never see just suppose. Everyone complains about the ruin changes because games are harder but this shouldnt be related to ruin. Ruin is just 1 good perk now.

With every nerf the Killer count will become less and less, so yeah they can nerf them, and increase the problems even more. So there is that, keep nerfing until there are no killers left.
Ppl like him are tragedy. Unable to hit skillchecks or find totems. He only wants come to gen, press M1, wait 30s, repeat and run while teabegging killer in gate. What about delete gens and skip just to gates. Survivors will spawn and gates will be powered so they can just escape. Im playing survivor only for challenges/rituals and I had never problem hit skillchecks when Ruin up. If you dont have reflexes of 100yo granny, you should not miss it but no, lets nerf Ruin coz newbies are "frustrated"....unbelieveable.
Such a players are reason why this game is becoming trash for both sides - hell for killers and boring for survivors.
Xbox doesn't even have 60 fps lol. And besides, this just shows the issue. Why are we balancing around bad performance? Devs should optimise the game so people on console and low end pc can hit the greats with practise aswell and don't complain how hard it is.
