I got this idea after reading @Acesthetiic's post about his Ruin test
In the red ranks, out of 30 matches, I am going to see how many survivors used Decisive strike in that match and if it was more than 2 survivors with it in the load-out
I might increase the total matches or decrease but this is a test on the survivor perks that are being used

Let me make a small bet.
The 5 most used perks. In no particular order.
Ds, dead hard, sprint burst, adrenaline, self care.
If at least 2 of those aren't in the top 5... I'll play 3 matches in a row as addonless and perkless clown.

Replace self care with borrowed time and you'll probably get 4 in the top 5 :P
Only if he faces more swf than solos. And even then, I see way too much selfcare (for some reason)
I feel people use borrowed time just so they can rush hooks safely without care of their team mate since hey they can eat a hit fine. Then team mate body blocks their ally because they can + DS combo. No time put in to heal yourself to get that free second hit value

I'm not sure if killers will have 1 when ruin has gone.
Hearing 80% use it so we're nerfing it made me laugh.
That would mean 80%+ meta perks like DC, Unbreakable, Borrowed time, Dead hard/Sprint burst and perhaps Self care and Iron Will all getting nerfed

Personally I don't track the individual DS users, but looking at the obsessions in the matches, atleast 98% of them have atleast one DS (I don't use obsession perks myself as killer).
