Google isn't helping much on this. Despite people saying Renjiro's bloody gloves being bad, I found it acts as an infinite range Nurse's Calling and paired with Sloppy Butcher, it gives more time to chase down the survivor. Just less blood orbs though,
I don't get how Blood Orb drop addons affect much. Passive recharge rate seems way too slow since unlike Spirit, Blood Rage charges too slow.
Any other suggestions?

Scalped topknot is fantastic and I'd say one of his better addons.
It lets you start your dash much sooner and you can use it to end some loops a lot earlier or just catch up to people easier.
Oh yeah, that one's pretty good too. Are some of the yellow and brown addons worth mentioning?

I normally use topknot with either a duration increase or speed increase. I haven't experimented too much with his other stuff.
Stacking the addons that make survivors drop more orbs can be pretty nuts, especially if you run a perk like sloppy butcher. They leave tons of blood everywhere so you can be in demon form pretty consistently.
I almost always use Ink Lion and Wooden Oni Mask. Helps me with power efficiency and tracking injured survivors
Potentially good, if you find that little nest where they healed themselves
Duration addons, addons that decrease consumption penalty when downing a survivor, addons that increased the amount of blood orbs survivors drop, renjiro's bloody glove, movement addons are most fun
Either speed and topknot or duration and speed are his best add-ons
I like to run renjiros bloody glove with splintered hull for addons and then have the offering that reduces the distance between hooks. I've won a lot of games like that so far including teams with 3 and 4 red ranks
"Scalped Topknot" and "Lion Fang" imo.
