The word toxic has pretty much lost it's meaning. I try to limit the use of the word toxic to: "Can this help the survivor/killer win?" Camping: This can help the killer, since it makes recueing harder in endgame. Not toxic. Hitting on hook Does not benefit killer gameplay, if anything he loses time. Toxic. """"""Tunneling""""": The survivor is dead faster, so it helps gameplay. The killer should stop giving everyone free passes anyway. Not toxic. """"genrushing"""""": Just doing the objective very efficiently is Not toxic. Teabagging: Doesn't help the survivor, just pisses the killer off. Toxic. "Can this help the survivor/killer win?" If the answer is yes, it's not toxic.
