Exact same happened to me. Also in Level 2 I had to do the Flashlight Challenge twice, because it did not register the first time.

I also had this Idea, but more like a status effect that the killer could inflict with his stalk. The survivor being stalked could get sucked into first person view for a limited time. I think that would make him very scary - of course in this case …
