Yes, its hard to do gens against this perk when you are alone but do you need to? By the time 3 are dead, the survivor can just open the gate or escape using the hatch.

Everytime you leave the first survivor hit and chase another he will get mended a long time ago before you even hit another in your 2nd chase and or get pallet stunned by the 2nd chase
