Genrush really sucks for new players who get paired against red rank SWF groups. A new player isn't going to know how to apply pressure well enough and might get turned off of the game very quickly. Expecting an SWF not to genrush is stupid though.

The game is fine how it is. Camping is annoying but it shouldn't EVER be punished during a match (only for ranks and such). If a killer can't stop a loop, then they should just move on to a different survivor.

If survivors get 2+ gens done before you see any of them, that means you aren't applying enough pressure. Check on the gens constantly. Since you're new, I recommend trying out The Hillbilly or The Wraith, but if you don't like either that's okay! Try out all of the Killers to find the right one for you. The Huntress is…

this please. this one time when I played killer I accidentally ended up slugging a whole team and being unable to find three of them (now I use deerstalker for this reason). i actually was hoping for somebody to be running unbreakable because that match was really boring.

Discordance is so good it's insane. Finding 2+ survs working on a gen at the beginning of a match and then using feral frenzy to wound them both is just so fun.
