I don't like the idea of perks being designed to invalidate other perks. Like for example, Stridor is only used to counter Iron Will and there's essentially no reason to use it otherwise. Calm Spirit could use a buff but it needs to be more useful i…

I'm not sure what's more repetitive at this point: posts complaining about Spirit or posts complaining about posts complaining about Spirit. Give it a rest.

Nope, I've never used Hangman's. It was pretty good when they buffed it in a PTB awhile back, but they reverted the change. :(

It's hilarious when people still do this when there's a DC penalty now. They think they got the last laugh, but they're the ones getting a timeout. Bonus points if they stick around to talk trash in the chat lol.

Not gonna lie, I farmed for that challenge. It's often the better choice to not kick a pallet and to mind-game it instead. Same for gens, base regression is so low you might as well not kick if you don't have a gen perk. So like you said, win or los…

Hey man, I agree with you 100%. But this game has and always will have performance issues, even on top-tier machines. You seem like you've been around awhile, so this shouldn't be news to you.
-
Honestly, there's no reason to run this game at high/ultra anyway. In fact I'm pretty sure most veterans play on Low settings because it reduces shadows and makes it easier to spot other players.
-
Yes. In fact I've gotten timed-out from queueing because the game decided in the middle of a match that my game files have an issue. Nowadays I verify the game files whenever there's an update, no exceptions. Not sure why, but I always figured it ha…

I have a laptop with a 1060 Max-Q and I'm able to run Ultra at about 45 fps. Not great but playable. You should definitely be getting better performance than me... That's strange.

I have to ask.. is this a Jurassic Park 3 reference? If so.. I love you.
-
That's Adam's body, no? He was the one chained by the toilet in the movie and he died.
-
I'd say if you bring a good map offering to factor out totem RNG as much as possible, then yes it's a viable strat. But unless you're bringing a map offering every match, Devour Hope is going to fail more than it succeeds. What I'm saying is if you'…

Well if we're comparing to other Killers, Wraith's advantage is supposed to be that he is invisible and faster than any other stealth Killer. This is why he doesn't have an insta-down. What they need to do is increase his speed while cloaked. I genu…

Just wanna say I love discussions like this. I know the forums generally dislike content creator posts, but Scott's topics are always relevant and he shapes his arguments better than half the posts I read on here.

When I used to run DS all the time, I slowly realized that it didn't even come into play in many of my solo queue games. It could swing the match for you, or it could go completely unused. Nowadays I try to stick to perks that guarantee value every …

No. People hate DS because they get hit with it even when they don't tunnel. Have a nice day.
-
Not only do they need to fix sounds, but a dying Survivor should be loud af man. There's no reason you should ever lose them.
-
Fair explanation. I just wish the Survivor couldn't escape on first attempt.
-
It's not useful at all. It's there to encourage Killers to hook more often. Now if you slug the hook counter makes it seem like you're not actually winning. Like what is this, just give us individual hook counters for each Survivor and be done with …

Pigs will fly when Wraith doesn't need Windstorm, Trapper doesn't need a Bag, etc. Just gotta accept that's how it is :/

It not being a Hex perk would keep it from being destroyed before it actually protects another Hex totem. As of now it can be removed before it has any effect. Not really a great build tbh. You're fully relying on totem RNG. Might as well use Haunte…

I don't see how the change was good for The Trapper. The Survivor is still able to get out on the first attempt... also now you won't get those lucky times where your trap actually holds them in place for awhile.. this feels like a nerf overall, no?
-
It's completely pointless. If they wanted to nerf Undying like this, they should've left the aura reading on Hex totems. Instead they double nerfed it and now it's a worse Thrill of the Hunt.
-
Completely agree. There is no reason for Undying to have a Hex on the field anymore. Thrill of the Hunt is now better than Undying.
-
Imo Undying should no longer be a Hex perk since it does absolutely nothing if it's cleansed first. Just have it be a regular perk that gives you 1 Hex respawn. I mean at this point, why would you not use Thrill of the Hunt instead of undying? At le…

Take your bets folks, will it be a last minute change? Or are keys still on the backburner?
-
Anyone else feel like they made the aura reading backwards? Shouldn't it give vision on Hex totems? I don't care about dull totems as Killer, especially now that Undying doesn't bounce the Hex around.

Even AAA games like Call of Duty force console and PC players together for crossplay. And yeah it's a common complaint in the CoD community too. Console-only crossplay isn't a thing, so you'll just have to settle for turning crossplay off.

Because they don't want to have to deal with a wave of people complaining once again when they turn Killer lock back on. I'm pretty sure they know Killers don't like it, but it does make sense for it to be required for a proper MMR system. Question …
