That's the problem, nobody wants to use it, especially on solo queue, so you almost always get teammates who'll 3 gen

Billy, instadown and high mobility is better than stealth, unless you have bone clapper or coxcombed capper, the survivor will just hear you, and even if they dont, they can still see you. Also Billy has chase music so instant win for me

Tinkerer is a great choice for any killer, but i'd only use it over BBQ if you put your portals near gens, if not, then i'd say BBQ is better
