  • I'm glad hag isn't legendary as she doesn't have to be and mixing and matching skins is pretty much the best part of cosmetics.
  • *edit, not sure why I replied to this comment, think I misread it as a defense of baby sitter At maximum: If you run babysitter and unhook every other survivor twice you generate 48 seconds of this effect and reveal your aura for a total of 24 seconds. As opposed to lucky break granting the effect for 90 seconds at…
  • Twins need a soft rework. Their base power is ok, but it needs more complexity. I think giving Charlotte some kind of power based on whether she's attached to Victor or not is one way to add this complexity. Changing how Charlotte plays after Victor gets crushed is another really interesting idea. There's nothing wrong…
  • I think it would be really cool to do this. The game already makes note of certain events for achievements and tomes -seems like it wouldn't be a stretch to make a permanent visual record. Also, could maybe have charms linked to certain milestones? A mini gen for x gens repaired, a 3d Mori skull for X amount of Mori's-…
  • I do this too. I really liked the challenge of playing with a limited perk pool, especially when i was learning the game and specific killer strength weaknesses. For survivor it has meant that certain survivors use different perk combinations based on what they have unlocked- means every game isn't necessarily identical…
  • This is how I feel. I like Scott a lot, but he's one of a few dbd content creators that seem to despise the game on a profound level (Farmer John also comes to mind), while justifying it through faults with the game.
  • Swf+key makes the most sense! I'm just gonna chalk it up to coincidence as no one else seems to be experiencing the same thing.
  • Yeah. The OP is really rude. Just ignore him and let the thread die tbh. He can keep bitching about this and convince himself he's 'won' a nonexistent argument with people trying to helpfully explain why his fringe case complaint is a non-issue. I'm just not going to waste energy on it.
  • Yes, this is what I've done- I'd still rather not waste 10-15 minutes doing this where possible, but thanks.
  • This doesn't apply to doc naturally. I try and play all killers with a couple of exceptions.
  • Pretty bad take. Once a game is being held hostage, I'll just to what I can to end it, so I can play with people who want to play the game. Pretty galxay brain to blame survivors taking the game hostage on killer behaviour so props I guess.
  • Technically a lot of survivor perks prioritise individual safety over team safety. When meg sprintbursts past you she's decided you're taking the chase, not her. When Claudette spends a minute selfcaring in the corner of the map, she's decided her 1 health state is more important than getting a gen done. Etc. Etc. If…
  • Yeah I understand what's happening with 2 people- it's when I've got 3 or 4 people hiding pretty much from the getgo. I've never been under the impression the report system actually does something, but I suppose reporting when it happens is probably my best bet. I dunno. It's just been happening a lot recently, might just…
  • Also you aren't actually dodging- the spread means you can easily move into shots and also means that the killer can miss at point blank range. Unskillet and unrewarding for the killer, unskilled and unrewarding for the survivor.
  • I made a post yesterday about how bad he was and I totally forgot to rant about how terrible main event is. It's like the opposite if a normal release where players find niche ways to play to a killers strengths: instead everytime I look on here someone has found a new way in which he's bad.
  • You don't want pop as his mobility is too bad to make use of it. Ruin+undying is slightly better though he can't protect totems well or pressure gens so he gets terrible value from them. I'm gonna be honest. Endgame builds based around noed are probably the best bet!
  • I think one of the worst things is that survivors aren't holding back at all- trickster is just bullying fodder to the survs I play against.
  • Every game is basically: -Going to try and get value out of his power -Oh no 2 gens are done better just M1 to end this chase -Oh no I'm being looped on a Z wall because I'm so slow - guess I'll camp since by the time I head to a gen it'll be done? I made a post with a couple of changes when I saw him originally, but I…
  • I actually like the twins a lot. I do think their playstyle can be a little oppressive when played optimally. They're in a weird place where their snowball is potentially strong but they're hard countered by healing and teamwork (neither of which are very meta). The camping is sort of a problem, but also a very efficient…
  • Killer perks come pre-nerfed for the most part. Barring undying, every killer since the plague has had incredibly niche perks laden with cooldowns and drawbacks. Of the meta killer perks: undying, ruin, pop, discordance, enduring (enduring was once meta btw) have all been nerfed. BBQ is going strong as it's good for game…
  • Play killer and show the community how it should be done. Since all of the toxicity comes from killers and there's only one in a match, you should be fine :)
  • Yeah. What? This would be like making horrible dolls survivor only charms. Weird.
  • Got first game I tried. Just drop and pick up pallets as you go about your business in the game. When you end up in a chase steer them toward the pallets you've dropped. Shack is a really solid location for this for obvious reasons. Just make sure you loop the killer a couple of times so they don't have their defences up…
  • What I do with rifts is leave the trickiest ones for last and then let them pop ambiently as I play normal games. Maybe your next game won't let you pick two people up- but you WILL have a game where you're able to do so naturally at some point. Unless you're really really attached to all 4 specific perks running empathy…
  • I think base ricochet shouldn't have the bonus damage due to the hitting the floor strat. The replacement purple could increase ricochet damage (maybe bump it down to green). I don't know if this is cracked, but maybe replace with an add-on that adds a third ricochet at the cost of 25 knives (you CAN spray and pray but you…
  • I can't see how it would be op? Even with a spray and pray approach it would take 16 hits to down an uninjured survivor. I also don't know if you've seen how the ricochets bounce, but there seem to be very few angles that reliably hit. Just to be clear, your stance is that the killer is currently at a viable power level…
  • Entirely true. Power level is really hard to gauge early on... But I am completely stumped at what more there is to his power that isn't evident within the very first game? Describing his power as having the lowest complixity since clown wasn't just hyperbole on my part- there aren't any additional status effects to abuse…
  • Gen stab was an afterthought tbh- I feel even with ricochet adding skill and flair, he still lacks map pressure. Other 110 killers with have mobility (spirit, hag), lethality at range (huntress) or stealth+slowdown (slinger and his ability to inflict broken). Trickster lacks all three, so using his ranged power in a…
