It would be better if it just included effects like exposed, oblivious and broken in it's 20% reduction. It could also get a timer where once every minute or 2 it clears an effect, or maybe it just cleanses indefinite effects like mangled. If they did that though, it would probably only be a temporary cleanse to things…

EXACTLY! I'm pissed this time though is because I lost one of my stolen sketchbook addons which I only have 2 more of and I also got a whole 12 minute penalty for something I didn't even do! I don't even DC as killer because I don't play killer so I don't get why I got a 12 minute ban

All they need to do is make it so Victor downs survivors after a while of being attached and if the survivor gets in a chase while Victor goes down he either returns or hangs on for a bit in case the chase is left so he can down the person, and make it so Victor either can hit someone in a locker or he holds the locker…

They should make Victor apply a deep wound esc effect to the survivors he grabs onto. If the survivor is in a chase or the killer than you don't get downed by the effect but victor is returned after like 20 or 30 seconds if the survivor isn't downed

No, they can and I've done it. Purple toolboxes with wire spools, 4 brand new parts, streetwise, prove thyself and a shroud of binding but it doesn't immediately count the first gen as being complete.
