Same here on PC. It happened to me, playing as a killer, and also with a random player I witnessed, playing as a survivor. The only way I could escape (I was playing Demogorgon) was creating a portal and traveling.

I know this change is hard, but remember that stabbed running people can't stop to do other things, like fixing generators, for example.

Man, relax. This is a horror game. When nervous, a lot of mistakes can be made. There are some things in this game that can be much scarier than this. P.S.: Better mistake a survivor for killer than a killer for survivor.
