  • You dont want to play old versions if you want to play killer. Sprintburst alone made 5 min chases possible. 40s cooldown, but it bought 10s alone when holding W. Then you loop for 30s in pallettown (using 1 pallet, maybe 2). Then you sprintburst off to the other half of the map. Use 1 pallet there, sprintburst back to…
  • Infinites. More infinites. 7 blink nurse, flick billy, WRa1Th OP!
  • Some bugs were pretty funny and there were so many of them, that you couldn't tell whats a bug and whats dbd. I had the scariest moment during buggy games, where you loaded in as a survivor into a completely dark world. No lighting, you could barely see anything and then you see the red light from the killer coming closer.…
  • There were some hilarious bugs in the past. Balance wise i would never return, this game is going upwards overall. I'd like to return to the christmas bug, where myers mask was floating around without a body. Nurses held chainsaws and went invisible during the sprint. Everyone borrowed billys chainsaw and did ridiculous…
  • It takes skill to use, it takes some patience to counterplay. Feels like a very welldesigned perk. Its only reliable while looping to get that extra distance, which can have a big impact ngl. But compared to sprinto bursto, which is pretty braindead value, its seems fine.
  • Im an old billy main and i dont think the nerf had a heavy impact on him. Its all subjective. I never use addons on him and i never overheat, so this nerf had exactly zero impact on my gameplay. Zero. None at all. Same killer as before. But i can imagine the impact on players, who use addons regularly. On the other hand,…
  • Back in the day, perks were way stronger. Today's perks are mostly useless even compared to the nerfed versions. Megs Sprint burst was so busted back then. Or Old DS, my god. 20 seconds of standing still per game. Iron Grasp across the map straight to the basement. Machinegun builds.
  • I'd say Billy is a healthy mix of those killers. Or those killers took a slice from billy's pie. Billy always has his power, mobility and instadown, while others only excel at one aspect but better. Which is fair, i think billy is still toptier. And as much as i hated the billy rework at ptb, it has absolutely zero impact…
  • Huntress, Billy or Oni.
  • The haste effect is extremely strong if you can sustain it, so mostly for SWFs. Since its not efficient to stick around the looper instead of gens, its most profitable for trollgroups, who care less about gens and more about chases. The aura reading and obsession part is great for solo queue though. Giving half the team…
  • Infectious fright for his demon form, the rest is to support his way there: Corrupt Intervention to cover his main weakness, Enduring since he is a M1 killer and Sloppy for more blood and slowdown. He is pretty flexible though, some run M&A or full slowdown
  • Meg and Billy, mostly sticking to my old guns. Sometimes Kate and Oni, since he plays like flickbilly (flick back when)
  • I hated the game when SBMM was active. Killer was almost unwinnable with non-S-tiers. Constant swfs and only thousands of hours players. Playing as survivor felt really easy on the other hand, since everyone could genrush and loop. Without a weak link, it was very survivorsided. Dbd is a weird game, since its not balanced…
  • I like the unique playstyle and hope there will be more killers, that "dont play dbd". Nurse, Spirit, Hag, Huntress, Deathslinger etc But for hag especially, i would love a change to her campiness and a buff for more map control. EG no traps 8m around the hook, but teleport distance is unlimited.
  • As long as your expectations are low, its pretty fun. I always assume potatoes, so im never disappointed in my teammates. Any good survivor is a plus. Then you dont mind dying as well, its all about the immersion and fun for me now
  • Can you recommend me a streamer who uses engravings? I'm not very motivated to play engravings billy tbh, i prefer base billy and dont want to mess with muscle memory. Seems like you're having issues with his addons mainly. I would suggest to just play him basekit, but if thats no fun for you, then the nerf hit you indeed.…
  • I havent overheated since it was implemented (except once to test it). Its not even close usually, even when i miss chainsaws and travel and play pallets etc. It cools down quickly and there just arent that many worthwhile chainsaw opportunitys per minute that you can overheat regularly. Often walking to catch up for…
  • After a longish break, seems like the community is split on billy. Imo he is still a toptier killer as he has always been. Fantastic for pubstomping but struggles against good survivors, like most killers except nurse, spirit and maybe huntress. He is definetly worth learning and viable if you get good with him. Just keep…
  • His basekit is basically unaffected though. He was perfect before and is perfect after the nerf. The only change were his broken addons. Overheat is completely irrelevant
  • He has one of the best stealths with M&A. He can softcounter low loops by stalking. "Backrev" with 99% EW and has a very good slugging afterwards. Not as good as Oni, but he has basically no terrorradius which is pretty strong. He could be powercrept - no idea on the latest killers powerlevels - but he was always on the…
  • Ok, you're opinion. I'm playing him without addons since release and that is the blast for me. Engravings are fun to watch and another layer of billy that can be mastered, but since i never use addons, i cant comment on how much overheat affects that. I never found insta or engravings billy enjoyable on the other hand,…
  • Yeah he isn't the best at what he does, but his overall package is still strong. Great survivors can deny you EW2 early on, but apart from that he feels powerful. Good stealth and very good snowballing, if you get a timely EW3. He is kind of a pubstomper like billy, high potential if unchecked. His design and atmosphere is…
  • I consider Myers one of their best killers, so no changes required. But if anything, i would change Tier 1. Something more interactive would be cool, eg if you're starving evil too long at tier 2, you drop back to tier 1 for example.
  • Sticks to gens like glue. Consistent last second unhook timings if needed, but preferably on gens. Loops well ofc and knows the maps. Which gens to do first, to skip the next one and challenge 3 gens early. Knows how to play/counter every killer. Takes the heat for the team when they need to heal. Can lose weaker killers…
  • I play him almost chainsaw only, but overheating is on another level of chainsaw usage. You dont want to walk around revved up with survivor movespeed. You need about 4 revs to overheat, thats too many wrong decisions if you cant connect any of them. Shouldnt have started the chainsaw if it cant land. If you misscalculate…
  • You need to miss way more than one chainsaw to overheat. Or hold it for reaaally long times and you could still miss a chainsaw and not overheat. Tbh if you overheat, you made multiple mistakes in a row and its probably not overheat beeing the problem. You shouldnt be missing that many chainsaws to where overheat becomes…
  • He still feels the same as ever. The stupid scream could be gone and i wouldn't miss it, but his ability hasn't really changed. His addons got nerfed, rightfully. But otherwise he's exactly the same. Overheating has to be forced, you can forget about its existence. While i totally question the billy change itself apart…
  • Balance at highranks sucks. Games are too swingy and predictable and nothing has really changed since release. Enjoyable up to that point, but overall just a game for casuals but no love for dedicated gamers.
  • Meg and Billy. I barely play killer nowadays though
  • The position is better than the old one imo. The bottom part of the screen is important for gameplay. If they push everything to the top, it wouldnt distract from gameplay.
