i guess you are talking about rubberbanding it's a known issue that is being investigated

did the survivor vault the pallet during nightfall? dissolution needs the survivor to be in your terror radius, dredge's nightfall grants it undetectable which removes terror radius

it's a special mystery box icon that was used during winter events, dunno how you got it to appear tho
