Rng maps,rng loops all that effects a killers "skill" its totally at the mercy of rng as you are saying.

Issue with the "fix" is map rng contributes a lot to if you rank up at all or even do well at all. How can you measure skill if its mostly rng based? you can lose a lot just because how bad map rng is

I generally find games that have good word of mouth attract new players not because they pander but because the game is good. From Software has never pandered yet they get new players because gamers want a challenge.

Bhvr won’t nerf the toolboxes like they destroyed ruin they will repair slightly slower. It won’t be much of a nerf at all if anything they will buff them in some way.

Last Year has DC penalties before DBD and the team is like 20 people. Why must bhvr make things so complicated :P

Maybe they just have no idea what they are doing and are throwing the no timeline out there on purpose. Because they really are extremely vague about getting their patches out there and timelines are none binding besides the dlc which is a waste of money

The matchmaking I don't think they can fix they have said "weeks" but that can turn into months with the glacial pace of fixing.

I suspect its a lot more complicated than they are saying and severe. They said a patch would come in "weeks" but thats a extremely loose time line and wks can turn into months and matchmaking is causing a lot of damage all on its own.

Listen I hate that bhvr just (bad word) panders just to get new players its (bad word) pathetic honestly. Obnoxious perks? I can think of a a few survivor perks that are obnoxious but the devs won't touch those because survivors pay for their over priced skins which are good but not $10 and their "battle pass" is purely…

Capcom would't share that property with bhvr it has a big name and brand that should avoid tainting it.

I don't think they can fix it in a meaningful and timely manner and question if they can fix it at all

DBD is terminally ill its issues are far too deep in its core for anything to be done without entirely reworking the entire game. And Bhvr isn't competent enough for that

Us killers leaving means you have no game ok other than a lobby simulator is all you will have. With no killers you will have no game and you will have no fun at all :P survivors leaving is no biggy but killers leaving is far,far more damaging to DBD.

No killers make DBD work without them you have no game period besides a lobby simulator.

It slowed the game just a little and no one asked for the nerf but good survivors powered through it.
