I can say for a fact that MMR doesn't have anything to do with what maps you play. This sounds like you have a predisposition with certain maps and certain killers. Then you just assume that if you get this map it's because you're playing this killer... no, you just got the map because that was the server you got

After a certain point you really have to stop looking at your medals or gauging your gameplay by a reward system... the game isnt designed to support MMR and the old emblem system together

Yeah I cant say I've been playing either. Gotta balance the game as it should have been and then find a fundamental way to get rid of camping, rather than attempting to solve it with perks.

Is this the upstairs library area? I can see that being blocked. I thought for sure there were 2 paths into the main library area because one leads to the main area balcony

Doesnt the library have two entry/exit points? If you're 2v1 against the killer then I'd say the game is already lost. With 3 people it shouldn't be an issue because there are 2 paths into the library

I'll just keep repeating it then: Survivors dont need buffs and killers dont need buffs. Remove perk stacking. The game will do immensely better for it.
