Hands-down, no questions asked: Freddy, to play or play against. Look, PTB Freddy with the teleport. It'd work, BHVR, really. Unpopular opinion: do you need more than seven T3s in a game? That's how many Myers gets with no add-ons, and chances are you're only using them on uninjured players right before a down. I'm fairly certain that Omega Blink Nurse requires five blinks minimum. Three blinks with an iri add-on is playing older default Nurse with extra steps. Grades are no longer indicative of MMR That's a nice opinion--just remember that a killer doesn't have to be good to feel nice. Twins feel clunky as HFIL to play and they're "monsters at high MMR," so it's good to know that at the very least, Sadako handles well.

The killer could be considerably(slightly?) slower in exchange get getting to traverse tiles in that unconventional way--maybe also have webs for slowdown?

Unfortunately, that's just semantics. If you want to down survivors with the hatchets in one hit, use the Iridescent heads. The Exposed status effect is for M1 attacks only, and the devs seem to want to keep it that way.
